Europe-China Economic & Cultural Cooperation   

New Horizons was set up in 2009 in Brussels (and in Den Haag in January 2018) by Dange Peng, who is an experienced professional in advising European companies in exploring their China market, and connecting them to the right people. She held the following positions before she has founded her own consultancy:

*International Cooperation Officer, European Headquarter Office (Brussels), Shenzhen Municipal Government.

*Manager, China Desk, NOVA Group (Brussels)

*Advisor, UK Department, Louis Vuitton (Europe) Customer Service Headquarter. (Brussels)

Dange Peng has years of professional experiences in helping European companies in developing Chinese ma‚Äčrket, doing market research, advising on the right approach and strategies, building connections with potential partners, assisting with negotiation and communication, maintaining good relationship with Chinese clients, organising study trips and match-making events to find and create business opportunities, giving training sessions to business managers on cross-culture topics.

Through her work she has built up a large network with local governments, business communities, professional associations, industry alliances, etc. in both Europe and China, which helped many companies in finding the right contacts in an efficient way. She has excellent communication skills and marketing capabilities in helping companies understand their markets and operate well in another culture.

Mrs. Peng (as China Manager at NOVA), has organized investment seminar "Benelux- A Gateway to Europe", together with KPMG in Shanghai in advising Chinese companies in investing in Europe; She has given the lecture to European SMEs as the best practice at workshop "Are You Ready for China?" organized by EU SME Centre in Brussels; She has also given the cross-culture training session to the middle management staff of Maasmechelen Village, a luxury outlet shopping center in Belgium. 

Mrs Dange Peng is an accredited Cultural Specialist by China's Ministry of Human Resources.

Mrs. Peng also has particular interests in cultural and creative industry, currently she is running the European office of the following organizations:

-China Cultural Tourism Real Estate Forum

-Fenghuo Creative and Cultural Industry Alliance, set up by a leading professor in the sector Chen Shaofeng, Vice Director of Cultural and Creative Industry Research Center at Beijing University

Mrs Peng is also one of the founding members of Xiamen Cross-straits Cultural & Creative Industry Talents Alliance.
